Horizon Telecom is the Association of INPT graduates. This association aims at creating a link between the graduates and the engineering students of the INPT. It implements support measures to students in the process of training at  INPT and carries out studies relevant to the integration of the graduates of the school into the active life.

Established in 2000, the association has over 900 members, adding 150 new graduates each year.
