Skills training are designed for young graduates of higher education. These trainings are part of the INPT contribution to employment promotion. Recruitment is done through open examination for holders of BA degree in physics, mathematics or equivalent.

It is 860 hour training spread over 8 months, followed by 2 a month placement, leading to a certificate:

-    Engineering of Telecommunications Techniques

-    Mobile Telecommunications Engineering (MTE)

-    Computer Networks and Telecommunications Engineering
