The departments of the INPT carry out its research works on specific subjects concerned with sciences and technologies relevant to the field of telecommunications

The research themes of the INPT are distributed currently in three multidisciplinary fields depending on the research projects of these departments.

-       MIMO Architecture for mobiles communication systems;

-       Images tattooing and  secure transmission of multimedia documents in a wireless network

Themes of department « Mathematics, Computer Science and Networks »:

-      Content management and electronic document,

-    Adaptive E-learning: intelligent management of solutions for tele-education,

-       Intrusion detection tools,

-      Active networks and network security,

-       Fuzzy Techniques applied to control systems,

-      Generic associations and their implementation in templates and objects-based-system

-      Software process modeling.

Themes of department « Electronics, Microwaves and Optics»:

-       Design of broad band electronic circuits, filtering spanned from translinear circuit, conveyor circuits.  

-       Microwaves and optical telecommunication, and network study of micro ribbon antennas
